Why Learn Niche Marketing?
Taking the time to learn niche marketing for your business is crucial if you want it to be successful. Finding a niche market means finding a group of people who have a common problem that you can solve. It’s this niche market that you want to base your marketing around.
If you want to go where the real money is then you must ‘drill’ down even further and find the ‘Micro Niche’. There will be less people but they will be more targeted and with less competition, which means developing this Micro Niche will be your key aim to having an enduring and prosperous business.
To learn niche marketing there are a few things that are important to know, which includes spending a bit more of your time on research, before even thinking about your web site or what you can sell. In fact deciding what to sell comes last. Please don’t make the mistake of choosing a product and then trying to find someone to sell it to. That’s a recipe for failure.
Remember: Finding Targeted Niche Markets with a common problem or desire is your first aim, and then find a product.
If you want to offer a product or service to a hungry crowd, it takes work and effort to make sure you’re putting it in front of the right people. If you’re planning to use Pay Per Click or Banner Advertising in your affiliate niche market it’s your dollars that will be chipped away, so make sure you’re targeting the right people otherwise it’s money down the drain.
You need to think about what you’re doing, you need to plan and you need to do your homework and that means research if you’re going to be successful with a profitable niche.
Don’t be put off by research or having to spend more time doing it because as I’ve said right at the top of this blog ‘Making Money Online Isn’t Luck Its Strategy’.

A definitely great publish by you my friend. We have bookmarked this page and will occur back following several days to examine for any new posts that you just make.
Hello Barry,
I couldn’t agree more, the more you drill down on your niche the better, taking it one step further even down to a micro niche.
I’ve learnt a lot on this in the past and have to agree with Barry.
Getting your niche drilled down to the proper keyword that doesn’t exceed the 30000 mark compatition, but just enough searches will for sure start you on the right track.
Great post Barry.

Nice blog, just looking around some blogs, appears a fairly good platform you’re using. I am currently using WordPress for a couple of of my websites but looking to change one of them over to a platform comparable to yours like a trial operate. Anything in specific you’d recommend about it?
Finally, I found the information I was searching for. I have been doing research on this subject, and for two days I keep entering websites that are supposed to have what I’m searching for, only to be discouraged with the lack of what I needed. I wish I could have located your website sooner! I had about 40% of what I needed and your website has that, and the rest of what I needed to complete my research. Thank you and I will report back on how it goes!
Great job on the site, it looks wonderful. I am going to bookmark it and will make sure to check often
It’s posts like this that keep me coming back and checking this site regularly, thanks for the info!

Hi Barry
As a fellow Masterclass student (new intake), on week 9 and 10, I find your blog about niche marketing very interesting.
I am in the process of searching for my perfect niche, but what if what I am passionate about (dog training) is well catered for and therefore not a very profitable niche? Is Micro Niche Finder the answer to find another niche?
Nice banner.
Claude
Hi Claude,
Thanks for dropping by and I hope you’re finding John’s Masterclass as thrilling as I did.
The Dog Training niche is certainly well used but it’s a massive market that still has a lot to offer the marketer. You just need to think outside the box for example: there are nearly 200 dog breeds so that in its self is 200 markets. Using Micro Niche Finder will help you to drill down and find the less competitive keywords. Something that is specific to a breed rather than the whole dog niche.
‘puppy training’ in the general dog market would be almost impossible but ‘puppy training a bichon frise’ is more specific and a smaller market meaning less competition.
If you have a website bringing in 30 – 50 visitors a day giving you 1 or 2 sales per day and multiply that by several websites, you’re on your way
The smaller niches (micro) are where us guys can make some money.
Hope this helps. (let me know how you get on)
Regards,
Barry
